This project definitely feels like an introduction to the interior design world. A space I was able to transform and truly express my design aesthetic with. This also meant moving in with my boyfriend and making the apartment truly ours. I collaborated with a long time friend and interior designer I admire, @objet to source and commission pieces from around the world and bring our vision to life. The overall inspiration was a lived in wabi-sabi, soft neutral vibe with collected vintage pieces. We played with a lot of organic textures and shapes, covering the entire apartment with limewash paint, using a ton of weathered wood, unpolished metals, and an appreciation for imperfection.

We commissioned small business artisans both local and international to make some incredibly special designs which I can’t wait to share in detail in future posts. Don't worry, there will be many (including more video content, before/after photos, and detailed descriptions of the process on my Instagram).
