Ingredients: (6 inch round mold)
Cream cheese 130g
3 eggs (55g each)
Unsalted butter 20g
Coconut milk 80g
Cake flour 15g
Corn starch 10g
Sugar 40g

The surface can be decorated with powdered sugar

* For 8-inch molds, it is recommended to multiply the materials except eggs by 2, and use 5 eggs
* For 9-inch mold, multiply all the above ingredients by 2

Oven preheating 150C/300F
Water bath method, bake at 150C/300F for 10 minutes, then cool to 110C/230F and bake for 60 minutes
If the cake is not colored, bake at 150C/300F for two minutes at the end
After turning off the heat, put the cake in the oven for 20 minutes before taking out
